Yoga for Stress Relief with Melissa Freitas, KYT 200

Clear a space in your life for well-being and balance. In this workshop, we will explore variations on yoga postures that can help to release tension in areas where the body most often carries tension; the neck, shoulders, back, and hips. Class will also include restorative and supported poses, as well as guided breath-work to quiet the emotions.

Please Note: If the 5 student minimum enrollment is not met the workshop will not run. Please register in advance to guarantee your spot. The pre-registration fee is non-refundable but will reflect as an in-studio credit if workshop is cancelled.
