Nature based experiences and educational programs alike foster responsibility and establish connections to the ecology of the Earth. Providing hands-on environmental stewardship opportunities for youth and adults, we use the natural world as an integral part of learning. By offering volunteer opportunities, we hope to inspire individuals to participate in environment-based activities, and rediscover the natural wonders of their own community.

You can help support our mission through participation in a volunteer based work project

Work Projects may include:
• Building lean-tos & other infrastructure
• Clearing woodland paths
• Plantings, Weeding in our Community Gardens
• Signage for plant identification in the gardens and woods & path markers
• Building bridges and/or benches
• Clean up projects to beautify our space
