Chair Yoga
When: Mondays & Thursdays 9-10am | at the Studio in Fall River, MA
Empower yourself in Chair Yoga! This yoga and meditation class is designed for individuals dealing with chronic pain, physical limitation or those who just want to take things slow. The class will aid in releasing tension and encouraging freedom from mental and or physical barriers.
Experience Level: All Levels Yoga Class for Youth ages 11 & up Adults; no experience needed to attend. This practice empowers choice by teaching safe sequencing and modifications for individual needs.
Intensity: Gentle to Moderate. Students are given modifications and options to take the practice to their comfort level.

Inclusive & Adaptive Dance
When: Thursdays 5-5:40 pm | at the Studio in Fall River, MA
This dance class is designed for and celebrates neurodiverse individuals, however is inclusive to all. Repetition and structured movement weaved in with creative exploration make this a fun and safe environment for participants to let loose and learn. Group Dance classes develop social skills, communication and problem solving abilities. Dance nourishes connection to our bodies and our communities, enabling each of us to thrive in our world.

Pranayama & Kriyas
When: Wednesdays 5:30-5:50 pm | at the Treehouse Yurt in Westport, MA
Experience breath and movement practices that support and prepare one for deeper states of relaxation. Kriya’s are actions/techniques that help purify the blood, free life force energy and provide a foundation for one’s overall wellness.

Sit In Service / Healing Meditation
When: Wednesdays 6-6:45 pm | at the Treehouse Yurt in Westport, MA
This is a healing service meditation experience. Practitioners are invited to join together with the intention of opening themselves up to be a vessel for healing energies and prayers. Each sitting will offer an attunement, a way of setting up for the meditation and grounding into the intention of the practice. 20-30 minutes of the practice will be in silence. This allows for each practitioner to move into their own soul’s awareness.
Know that your experience during the “sitting in services” is your own. You may be guided to state prayers out loud or silently inward. Certain people or places may come to mind. You may notice temperature changes, hear or see in the mind’s eye. Trust that nothing needs to happen, you could simply sit and just be as you are while anchoring to the intention of healing and know that you are doing this right. We recommend journaling after each experience.

Guided Meditation
When: Sundays 5:30-6:30 pm | at the Treehouse Yurt in Westport, MA
This practice invites meditators to share space and take advantage of the positive force of like minded peoples joining together for a guided meditation practice. Each session you may experience different meditations from different traditions that support relaxation and increase one’s powers of concentration. No one sitting is the same! Learn to deepen your practice, understand the mechanics behind meditation and discover ways to be the change you’d like to see in the world.
Experience Level: All Levels Meditation (Youth and Adults welcome); no experience needed to attend. This practice teaches meditation as a tool for self awareness and healing.
