9-10:15 am Sadhana Yoga Basics with Jessica Howard, $8 *All Levels Welcome* – a practice that cultivates gratitude
6:30-8 pm Writing & Yoga Series with Silvana Melo, Series cost: $60/4 week series (this works out to $15/class and includes a special gift) Individual class cost: $25/class: November 26, 3, 10, 17. Minimum of 3 people must sign up in order for the class to run

Add Healing Service to your nap for $15 We will have a rotation of massage therapist, reiki practitioners available! Therapies are offered in a community setting, which mean everyone experiences the benefits of good vibes!

The Science of Gratitude: The practice of gratitude has many benefits, some of which include:
- healthy immune system
- being present
- connecting to the big picture and grounding / seeing the nature of reality
- better sleep
- feeling joyful
Try this simple practice!:
- journal/list the things you are grateful for (ie. family)
- write 2-4 descriptive words for why you are grateful for those things (ie. family; patience, love, connection, support)
- share your gratitude with others
