The POTEGP Yoga-Instructor Training Program (RYS) is an experientialand theoretical course designed to prepare each student on safe and ethical practices in yoga and meditation. You will be introduced to ancient traditions, concepts and tools that lead to embodiment of wisdom, balance, contentment, and everlasting peace. The program encourages you to find your own voice and teach based on your owndirect experiences and wisdom. When you become an instructor and practitioner you are part of a tradition. If your goal is NOT to teach, but to discover self awareness and enhance your own personal practice this program is for YOU as well!

Requirements To Train with us: A desire to learn. No prior yoga experience is needed to attend!
Meditation Seminars
2 Day event on Oct 1st and 8th, from 10 am – 12 pmThis is a lecture and a lab that will teach the mechanics of meditation as well as lead guided practices. Meditation comes in many different forms, this seminar will help each practitioner to better understand what meditation is, the underlying process behind specific forms of meditation and why meditation works. The goal of this seminar is to empower each student with awareness, and practical tools that can be integrated into any lifestyle. Every person is different and has different goals, by teaching the mechanics behind meditation, each student will be able to experiment and discover the technique that works best for them.
$15 TO NON-MEMBERS each day.
DAY 1 10/1, Day 2 10/8. MAY ATTEND only DAY 1. TO ATTEND DAY 2 YOU MUST HAVE ATTENDED DAY 1 OF THIS SEMINAR OR A PAST SEMINAR.

This workshop is ONLY open to people who have attended PAST introduction to Meditation Seminars or by permission. We will discuss experiences, refine and broaden our understanding of the practice as well as participate in a guided practice.
