New to the ScheduleBeginner Vinyasa Flow with CatherineTry class out this saturday from 9-10:15 am Beginner Vinyasa Flow with Catherine introduces the basics of Vinyasa for those new to Yoga, or with no experience with Vinyasa. This class will acquaint students with the fundamental poses (asanas), focusing on breathing techniques (pranayama) and alignment principles that build a solid foundation, endurance and suppleness. All classes will be open and adapted as needed. We will explore sun salutations as a method of building heat and linking poses. Strength, alignment and stress reduction develop through appropriate modifications and practice. No prior yoga experience is required. 30 minute workouts with AshleyBegins Oct. 25th This is a workout class for everyone! Using a fusion of isometrics, weights and cardio exercises you get a complete body workout. This class gets the results you want with half the amount of work! Each class will end with stretching This is a small group workout only, 5 people max. Sessions run 30 minutes. Registration is required to attend.
