Meditation Walk and Yoga

Where: Colt State Park, Bristol, RI.
When: Saturday June 15, 2013
Time : 9:00am

The class will start with a 30min meditation walk. As you walk silently by the water and through the woods, you will bring a mindfulness to the sensations in your body and an awareness to your surroundings.
We’ll finish the class with 30min of Gentle Yoga, surrounded by trees and sky.

All are welcome- $8.00 class fee.

We will meet at “the Chapel” Once inside the park, follow signs for the chapel. (First left after statue of Lincoln Chafee)

Please wear supportive shoes for walking, bring water and insect repellent.

Yoga mats will be provided, but feel free to bring your own.

In case of rain-Gentle Yoga Practice will be held at The Heron Studio.
