This workshop series is designed for movers and shakers of all levels to enjoy the fun and freeing experience of dance while also engaging in an aerobic workout. The class will focus on developing strength, flexibility, and endurance through easy to learn dance exercises. The class will also include elements of yoga and calisthenic work. This high energy class will have you feeling great, you might not even notice you’re working out!
