Dance Aerobics is designed for ALL levels of experience, using low impact cardiovascular exercises that warm the body in preparation for learning and performing easy-to-follow dance combinations. Try it out! Embrace letting go, having fun and discover confidence on the dance floor (wherever that may be)!
Meditation Seminar
Sunday October 18th 2-4 pm
$15 per day or Free to POTEGP Members
Join in on an immersive workshop that introduces meditation practices, techniques and guided experiences. Learn the mechanics behind meditation and discover the right form for you! This seminar is two days of 2 hour lecture/lab introducing meditation techniques, guided experiences and group discussions!
To attend Day 2 on Sunday Oct. 25th you must attend Day 1. Participants can attend Day 1 without commitment to Day 2
