*option to come at 7pm for a FREE pranayama and streching class lead by Jessica – this practice will aid in the release of tension and help to bring intention and focus into the ones Sound Bath experience. 

* if it rains we will shift class into the yurt space!
*we will have limited blankets and props, so if you have your own please bring some
*bug spray will be provided plus we will have plenty of candles out to deter bugs in addition to our gardens which help deter biting insects!

~ HEALING SOUND BATH ~
This is a guided and relaxing journey, which will assist one to reach deep meditative and contemplative states. I will use different themes and modalities through the sessions with ancient sound healing instruments to balance the flow of energy through BODY MIND & SPIRIT helping one understand & accept life’s unfolding miracles in which we are blessed to experience ~ both good and bad.

Come with an open mind and heart and you will receive what you put into this space. It will help you in whatever endevor you are working on in life as long as it serves the light.

This experience is created utilizing an array of instruments to make a safe and powerful container in which we can LET Go of all that no longer serves us, quiet the mind, release stress and trauma (drama).

I use planetary tuned gongs, chakra crystal singing bowls, metal Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, ceremonial drums, didgeridoo, Native American flutes, and voice to create a celestial space for healing body, mind & spirit. These healing vibrations can help open and activate your chakra’s energy flow, resinating you into a higher vibrational state.
