Experience a healing journey through the chakras incorporating yoga, sound healing, and energy medicine to nourish and replenish mind, body and spirit. Travel through the chakras through a meditative Kripalu based flow focused on these sacred energy centers in the body. Throwing away the traditional yoga playlist for this workshop, experience sacred sound as you practice including drums, gongs, and crystal bowls. Class will end with a meditation and an extended savasana featuring a sacred spirit sound bath featuring reiki healing. The sacred spirit sound bath will help us work into states of higher vibrations that will open our hearts, minds, chakras, collective consciousness and awareness.
$30 with pre-registration, $35 without pre-registration.
