This open Sangha invites those who wish to assemble in discussion and practice. We will discuss the power of Insight when applied to ones daily life and commence with a group guided Jhana Meditation practice.
Discussion will reflect the analogy of death and re-birth within each moment – learn to let go of past habits, stress, relationships and embrace the fact that there is no unchanging self. Each moment is a opportunity to let go and embrace a new start. With Insight discussion we will teach you how this metaphor can practically be applied.

Please register in advance by Friday December 19th. We will be meeting at are alternate location at the Yurt.
NOTE: there currently is no bathroom facility, please prepare before arriving – or you have the option of using the woods!
